Leptodermis oblonga the next generation sequencing Raw sequence reads. Leptodermis oblonga

Leptodermis oblonga (Pin) (2n=22) is collected from Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Genomic DNA was isolated from young leaf tissue using a modified nuclei preparation method. The extracted DNA molecules were sequenced with both Illumina HiSeq X Ten (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) short read. For the short read sequencing, the library was constructed by an insertion length of 270 bp with PE-150 bp strategy.
