The aim of this project was to analyse the prevalence of multi-drug resistance and ESBL producing E. coli isolated from bovine milk samples collected from the Rajasthan state of India. The isolates were screened for AMR and ESBL production by phenotypic and genotypic methods. The study was done in order to check and upgrade the knowledge about the emergence and spread of AMR E. coli in milk.
