This dataset supports the design of inerting explosion-proof systems: selecting matched models and operating parameters of inert powder injectors for different explosion-proof dust removal systems to ensure dust concentration is controlled within a safe range; operating parameter optimization: precisely adjusting the inert powder injection volume based on the correlation between screw speed and powder feed rate, to prevent protection failure caused by insufficient powder dosage and waste resulting from excessive dosage; safety and cost control: reducing the risk of combustible dust explosions while cutting down inert powder consumption, thereby improving both safety and economic efficiency.
