1Macrolides: Erythromycin or Clarithromycin;2SXT susceptibility according to the EUCAST breakpoints. Since the MIC testing of the isolates strictly referred to the CLSI recommendations, the EUCAST breakpoints were used for reasons of comparison only.For some isolates (n = 35) susceptibility testing was not performed for all nine antibiotics.All isolates were susceptible to penicillin, cefotaxime and vancomycin.
