Comparison of the Inflammatory Circuits in Psoriasis Vulgaris, Non-Pustular Palmoplantar Psoriasis, and Palmo-Plantar Pustular Psoriasis

In this study, our aim was to investigate the potential inflammatory pathways underlining PV, PPPP, and NPPP, through histologic and immunohistochemical characterization of the inflammation and gene expression profiling in skin samples of participants with PPPP, NPPP, PV (without palmo-plantar involvement), and healthy controls. 40 participants were enrolled, comprising 10 healthy participants, and 10 participants each with PPPP, NPPP, and PV. **Please note that raw data is not included to protect patient privacy.
