Read Sequences from two freshwater subalpine lakes and air above them

Using High-throughput sequencing approach, we identified the difference in the bacterial community (based on 16S rDNA) between Yuan-Yang and Tsuei-Feng lake and studied the community of air above these lakes in a time series approach. The aim of the study is to understand what contribution does the different environment community have on each other taking lake and air above them as an example.
