Arachis hypogaea (cultivar Shitouqi) genome project

Arachis hypogaea is an important crop cultivated globally especially in Asia and Africa. Unfortunately, the whole genome sequence of fine structure has not yet disclosed which greatly retards genetic enhancement. Here we released a high-quality peanut genome sequence and chromosome with fine structure after first reported on December 24, 2017 in Peanut Genome Resource database (PGR, http://peanutgr.fafu.edu.cn/, or http://210.34.81.125/ ) on Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (FAFU) official website.
