ScRNA-seq trajectory analysis of Th17, Tfh17, and exTh17-Tfh cells

This experiment was designed to study the functional differences between the Th17-derived Tfh and regular Tfh cells. To achieve these goals, we performed flow sorting and enriched CD4+ T cells from Current-Ex Th17 fate-mapping mice. We then performed scRNA seq analysis to compare the transcriptomic profiles of Tfh cells. Overall design: CD4+ T cells from Peyer's patches (PP) of Th17 Current-Ex fate-mapping mice were sorted and then single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis was performed.
