To obtain a detailed view of genes and pathways regulated in whole blood obtained from COVID-19 patients in the Osaka cohort, we carried out global RNA sequencing. Overall design: We performed RNA-sequencing analysis using samples of leukocyte samples from 31 COVID-19 patients and 16 healthy controls.
