资源简介:
To characterize the human plasma microtranscriptome profile at first trimester of pregnancy in presence or not of pregnancy complications, we sequenced microRNAs in plasma samples collected from pregnant women between the 4th and the 16th weeks of pregnancy. We then performed differential expression analyses to assess the miRNA profile diffrences according to the presence of pregnancy complications or not (i.e. Gestational diabetes mellitus, Gestational hypertension or preeclampsia vs. normal pregnancies). Complete microtransciptome from 456 plasma samples colletected between the 4th and the 16th weeks of pregnancy in women (444 biological replicates, 12 technical replicates) was assess by next-generation sequencing. Women were from European descent and plasma samples were collected 1 hour post a 50g glucose challenge test. Out of the 444 pregnant women, 377 (corresponding to 386 samples combining biological and technical replicates) consented to data sharing. The 'Pregnancy Status 1' sample characteristics field contains the pregnancy status of the women. If a second pregnancy status was also present, it is recorded in the 'Pregnancy Status 2'.
