MRS CLEAN: A Synthetic Tabular Dataset of Stroke Patients based on the MR CLEAN Trials
收藏资源简介:
MRS CLEAN This repository contains a synthetic tabular dataset of stroke patients based on the MR CLEAN Registry and MR CLEAN-LATE, MR CLEAN-MED and MR CLEAN-NOIV trials. We evaluated multiple synthetic data generation methods and found that TabDDPM works best, generating data that is statistically similar to the real data. On a functional outcome prediction task, prediction models trained on synthetic data show similar performance to models trained on real data when evaluating on a (real) held out test set. For more information on the development of the TabDDPM model, we refer to our preprint.
