A permeable embryo expressing GFP::PAR-2 (green) and mCherry::PAR-6 (red) was treated with cytochalasin D at frame 19. DNA is stained with Hoechst (blue). Live cell images were captured by wide-field fluorescence microscopy (Zeiss Axioplan II, 63x/1.4 Oil PlanApochromat objective, Hamamatsu Orca-ER camera) and are shown at 30 second intervals at 8 frames per second.
