本项目围绕户外竹结构材产业链布局创新链、一体化组织实施的思路,利用我国丰富的竹材资源,开展竹束单板规格化高效加工-质量评价一体化应用关键技术开发与应用示范。将精细化疏解帚化好的竹束,通过编织打结形成整张整幅面的竹束纤维化单板,不仅方便后续竹束的碳化、干燥、浸渍胶黏剂、二次干燥、层积铺装等工序;而且可降低重组竹板材密度,节约材料、胶黏剂和加工能耗成本,从而节约成本、提升产品的竞争力。整张化的竹束单板在加工过程中,省略了反复将竹束打捆称重再拆包等环节,还有利于重组竹连续化生产线的形成。

This project adopts the idea of aligning innovation chains with the industrial chain of outdoor bamboo structural materials and implementing integrated organization. Leveraging China's abundant bamboo resources, it conducts the development and application demonstration of key technologies for the integrated application of standardized efficient processing and quality evaluation of bamboo bundle veneers. By weaving and knotting the finely defibrated and whisked bamboo bundles, full-size and full-width bamboo bundle fiberized veneers can be produced. This not only facilitates subsequent processes such as carbonization, drying, adhesive impregnation, secondary drying and lamination laying of bamboo bundles, but also reduces the density of reconstituted bamboo panels, saves costs of raw materials, adhesives and processing energy consumption, thereby lowering overall production costs and improving product competitiveness. Additionally, during the processing of full-size bamboo bundle veneers, tedious steps including repeated bundling, weighing and unpacking of bamboo bundles are omitted, which also helps to establish continuous production lines for reconstituted bamboo.
