We used Affymetrix miRNA microarray to identify the oncogenic and tumor-suppressor miRNAs differentially expressed between exosomes and the originating cells. Overall design: Exosomes were isolated from 6 different ovarian cancer cell lines and one normal ovarian cell line (HIO180).
