资源简介:
Buddleja officinalis Maxim. (Loganiaceae) is a vital traditional Chinese medicine in ophthalmology. The chemical constituents in the plant are mainly flavonoids, phenylethanoid glycosides, and terpenes. It has a wide range of pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammation, antibacterial, immunoregulatory, and anti-oxidation, etc. To study its complete chloroplast genome, we collected leaves and obtained chloroplast genome information through next-generation sequencing. The results showed that the length of the genome is 154,363 bp, and the GC content ratio is 38.08%. The large single-copy region (LSC) is 85354bp, the small single-copy one (SSC) is 18,135 bp, and the inverted repeat region (IR) is 25437 bp. The chloroplast genome encodes 130 genes, including 88 protein genes, eight rRNA genes, and 34 tRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis of B. officinalis showed that it is closely related to B. alternifolia.
