This study systematically deciphers the dynamic regulation of DNR biosynthesis by QS through the bidirectional regulatory network of DauR2 . It advances the theoretical framework of secondary metabolic signal transduction and fills structural gaps in the DNR signaling regulatory network. The established cascade regulation provides a foundation for optimizing industrial DNR production strains.
