We generated genome scale SNP data from 32 individuals and 10 whole-genome sequences (WGS) from the Rampasasa pygmy population living on Flores Island (Eastern Indonesia). We use these data to infer the evolutionary history of this population, quantify levels of Neandertal and Denisovan ancestry and test hypotheses about introgression from other hominins. FASTQ files for 10 individuals and SNP array data for 32 individuals genotyped using the Illumina Omni 2.5 panel are made available.
