Code and figure data for "A microcircuit model for initiation and reward-dependent termination of hippocampal replay

This dataset contains the raw data in each figure for "A microcircuit model for initiation and reward-dependent termination of hippocampal replay" (Musset and Fukai) as well as the python code for simulating the CA3 SWR-generating network. Required packages can be installed by running $ conda env create --file environment.yml in a terminal and then $ python run-network.py after activating the environment.
