We integrate multi-source data—including 162 field experiments, climate variables, and soil properties—to develop a hybrid random-forest and economic-benefit model that quantifies rice basal yield, the highest-yield nitrogen (N) rate (YHNR), and the economically optimal N rate (EONR) in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD), and projects their changes under future climate scenarios.
