Output Reports For The Neisseria Pipeline

This repository contains the output reports generated by the <em>Neisseria</em> pipeline. The <strong>example_report.zip</strong> archive contains a recent output report of the pipeline. The <strong>all_reports.zip</strong> archive contains the reports for all samples and runs that were originally generated during the validation.
