Untargeted Plasma Metabolomics Reveals Metabolic Signatures of High- and Low-Polyphenol Cocoa Intake Potentially Linked to Brain Plasticity dataset
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the study titled "Untargeted Plasma Metabolomics Reveals Metabolic Signatures of High- and Low-Polyphenol Cocoa Intake Potentially Linked to Brain Plasticity". It contains raw untargeted metabolomics data acquired from adult male and female C57BL/6JRj mice that were fed for 50 days with either a control diet (CTR) or diets enriched with 10% of high-phenolic (HPC) or low-phenolic cocoa (LPC) Samples were analysed using HPLC-ESI-TOF-MS in positive and negative ionisation mode. The resulting mzML files contain the full-scan mass spectrometry data used for metabolite profiling. All samples were anonymised and coded. This dataset also includes neurogenic markers from the same animals, obtained through immunohistochemistry. Specifically, it reports values for doublecortin (DCX), bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU), and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA).
