In addition to the conventional on-land lightning location data within Fujian Province, this dataset features superior positioning performance for the Taiwan Strait, meeting the lightning data requirements of offshore-related engineering projects. It covers lightning information over Fujian Province, its adjacent provinces, the East China Sea and the South China Sea, including the occurrence time, geographic coordinates, current intensity, return stroke steepness, location method and other relevant attributes.
