Here we compare the transcriptional profiles of SW480 cells with ITPR3 or RELB knockout with control cells under normoxia and hypoxia. Overall design: 100K cells were plated in 6 well in duplicate. 24H later cells were either kept at normoxia or transferred to hypoxia chamber 0.5% O2. Cells were harvested at 72 H for RNAseq analysis.
