data and supplement: GCaMP6f fluorescence during co-stimulation with ChRmine

The data includes TIFF images, video files, and CSV files of analyzed results, demonstrating the system's ability to capture live neuronal activity using GCaMP6 while co-stimulating ChRmine. The image stack represents raw data collected from the camera. A shorter section with vibrant activity was chosen for processing, performed in Image-J, using automatic contrast adjustment and application of a green look up table.ROIs.csv was generated indicating the average pixel intensities of the regions believed to have firing neurons. One movie file generated from the raw data and one movie file generated from the processed data are included in order to easily visualize the datasets.
