满足数量庞大的老年群众多方面需求、妥善解决人口老龄化带来的社会问题。作为养老服务机构，本机构提供康复服务、病患护理、家庭照护等养老公益服务，通过“金管佳护理平台”采集服务项目数据，加工获得养老服务项目需求分析数据，根据该数据及时了解嘉兴市区域内养老服务需求变化，为机构开展针对性的养老护理人员培训，丰富多元服务供给提供数据支持，也为职能部门优化养老服务供需适配，促进养老服务信息化建设，推动养老服务高质量发展提供相关数据。1、数据采集、处理：通过“金管佳护理平台”采集服务项目数据，数据包括项目发布时间、订单编号、订单来源、服务项目、服务时间等，并对敏感信息进行加密处理，对数据进行加工、脱敏、筛选、统计、分析。2、算法规则：对采集得到的数据进行计算分析，根据订单日期统计当月总服务订单量以及各类服务订单数（康复服务、病患护理、家庭照护）并计算各类服务项目的占比。总服务订单量为各类订单数的总和，康复服务占比=康复服务订单数/总服务订单量，其他服务项目计算以此类推。

As a senior care service institution, our organization provides public elderly care services including rehabilitation services, patient care, and home care. We collect service project data through the "Jinguanjia Care Platform", process and obtain demand analysis data for elderly care service projects. Based on this data, we timely understand the changes in elderly care service demand within the Jiaxing municipal area, providing data support for the institution to carry out targeted training for elderly care nursing staff and enrich diversified service supply. It also provides relevant data for functional departments to optimize the matching of elderly care service supply and demand, promote the informatization construction of elderly care services, and advance the high-quality development of elderly care services. 1. Data Collection and Processing: Service project data is collected via the "Jinguanjia Care Platform", including project release time, order number, order source, service items, service time, etc. Sensitive information is encrypted, and the data undergoes processing, desensitization, screening, statistics, and analysis. 2. Algorithm Rules: Computational analysis is conducted on the collected data. According to the order date, the total number of service orders and the number of orders for each service category (rehabilitation services, patient care, home care) in the current month are counted, and the proportion of each service item is calculated. The total number of service orders is the sum of the number of orders in all categories. The proportion of rehabilitation services = number of rehabilitation service orders / total number of service orders, and the same calculation logic applies to other service items.
