This datsset contains error-concealed video clips, each clip is error concealed with 4 Error Concealment (EC) techniques. The clips were generated from 6 CIF, 6 HD and 6 Full-HD test sequences.The aim for generation this dataset is evaluating the Image/Video Quality Assessment (I/VQA) methods for comparing the quality of the error-concealed videos.In other words, if the output of EC technique A is better than that of B, which metric predicts this superiority correctly.
