RNAseq of BJ-5ta fibroblasts expressing a UBAP1 mutant responsible for Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) either WT or KO for STING. The goal was to identify transcriptional signatures induced by the mutant underlying HSP and identify the molecular driver of spontaneous type I IFN production.
