RNA-seq of foxtail millet under Cd Stress

The second leaf from the top, stems, and roots of the seedlings in different treatment groups were isolated and rapidly frozen using liquid nitrogen. The total RNA extraction was accomplished using a Quick RNA Isolation kit (Takara Corporation, Dalian, China). All the total RNAs were evaluated for content and quality by the RNA Nano 6000 and the Bioanalyzer 2100 system (Agilent Technologies, CA, USA), and then sent to PERSONAL GENE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China) for RNA-seq library construction and sequencing. The library construction and sequencing were performed with PE150 on Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform following the standard protocol by PERSONAL GENE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China) with 3 biological replicates.
