castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) cell line C4-2B were exposed to gradually increasing concentration of enzalutamide from 10 to 40 uM, followed by prolonged incubation with 20 uM enzalutamide for over 3 months to get enzalutamide resistant cell. cells after each concentration treatment were harvested and used for transcriptome analysis to elucidate the transcriptome alterations during enzalutamide resistance progression.
