Diversity of bacterial communities associated with white rot of wood caused by the basidiomycete fungus Trametes versicolor

The objective of this study was to perform a metagenomic analysis using NGS sequencing to infer the diversity of the microbiome associated with individuals of the basidiomycete fungus Trametes versicolor during the rotting process of dead wood from native trees collected in three different geographic zones.
