Supplementary Table 1. Publicly available and newly sequenced Bordetella pertussis genome sequences included in this study. 8117_dataset contains the accession numbers, metadata, and genotyping results for all 8,117 Bordetella pertussis genomes included in the study. removed_strains_dataset includes a list of all strains that were excluded from the final analysis. Reasons for exclusion were duplication, insufficient sequence quality, or identification as a putative mutator strain.
