Powdery mildew resistance in Korean naked barley using QTL-seq data

This project generated whole-genome resequencing data from the two parental lines (resistant and susceptible) and their corresponding resistant and susceptible F2 bulks of Korean naked barley. These datasets were produced for QTL-seq analysis to identify genomic variants associated with powdery mildew resistance. The sequencing data support variant discovery, candidate gene identification, and the development of molecular markers for resistance breeding.
