Homo Ludens oder Über das Spielerische im therapeutischen Prozess

In dieser Arbeit soll gezeigt werden, inwieweit das Spiel und das „Spielerische“ aus anthropologischer Perspektive existenziell zum Menschsein, als ein Modus des „In-der-Welt- und Zur-Welt-sein“, gehört. Anknüpfend an die Kernkonzepte von Kreativität und Phantasie soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, welche Bedeutung dem Spiel und dem „Spielerischen“, als Habitus des Menschen, innerhalb therapeutischer Veränderungsprozesse zukommt, eingebettet in ein Kontinuum von Selbst- und Kulturentwicklung. Dabei sollen besondere Formen des therapeutischen Spiels Berücksichtigung erfahren. Aus tanztherapeutischer Perspektive werden insbesondere die Methoden der Improvisation und Gestaltung betrachtet. This work will show how far the game and the „playfulness“, from an anthropological perspective, is existential for being human as a mode of „in-the-world” and “towards the world“. Building on the core concepts of creativity and imagination, it will examine the importance of the play and the „playfulness“ as a human habit, within therapeutic changing processes, embedded in a state continuity of self- and cultural development. Particular forms of the therapeutic play should be taken into consideration.
