资源简介:
This study aimed to assess the remediation effectiveness of a combination of immobilized petroleum-degrading bacteria (XW5) and DMSP on petroleum-contaminated deep-sea sediments. The experiment comprised three groups: the natural recovery group as the control (Group C), the bacterial preparation group (Group B), and the bioremediation preparation group (Group S). By analyzing the microbial diversity and metabolic activity of different treatment groups, this article investigates the impact of immobilized bacterial agents on the community structure of oil-contaminated sediments. It focuses on the migration of petroleum-degrading bacteria in petroleum-contaminated sediments and aims to elucidate the active role of immobilized bacterial agents in the petroleum degradation process.
