采用研发的吸盘式自吸管道环保清淤技术及装置,在新疆哈密小柳沟水库开展清淤试验。结合以往水力吸泥试验,对吸泥头、水上平台进行设计。本次试验排沙管道分水上排沙管道和过坝排沙管道两部分进行布置。过坝排沙管道布置在溢洪道内,在溢流堰处打孔与水上排上管道连接。在示范过程中记录作业时间、作业方式、含沙量浓度、清淤效率、清淤面积、清淤总量等信息。

Using the developed suction-cup type self-priming pipeline environmental dredging technology and device, dredging tests were carried out in Xiaoliugou Reservoir, Hami, Xinjiang. Combined with previous hydraulic mud-suction tests, the mud-suction head and floating platform were designed. The sediment discharge pipelines for this test were arranged into two parts: the overwater sediment discharge pipeline and the dam-passing sediment discharge pipeline. The dam-passing sediment discharge pipeline was arranged inside the spillway, with holes drilled at the overflow weir to connect with the overwater sediment discharge pipeline. During the demonstration process, information such as operation time, operation mode, sediment concentration, dredging efficiency, dredging area and total dredging volume was recorded.
