Microbial MAG data for "Decadal patterns link viruses to methanogen bloom collapse and Desulforudis persistence in a tectonic aquifer"

This repository contains processed data supporting a longitudinal investigation of microbial and viral community dynamics in BLM1, a deep-groundwater monitoring well within the Death Valley Regional Flow System. The study examines changes observed across sampling campaigns conducted in 2007, 2011, and 2021. The deposited materials include assembled genome sequences and associated metadata for metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs), and single-amplified genomes analyzed in the study. Primary sequence data generated for this study are deposited in the NCBI databases under BioProject PRJNA1503083. Single-cell genome data are also available under BioProjects PRJNA853307 and PRJNA1083713. For completeness and ease of access, this Zenodo repository contains copies of all MAGs and SAGs analyzed in the study, regardless of whether they are also available through NCBI or another public database.
