Data for: "Application of light-sheet mesoscopy to image host-pathogen interactions in intact organs"

This dataset contains 7 folders (2.84TB) of raw image data in .tiff format for the purposes of imaging a cleared mouse brain. The dataset contains different regions of interest (ROI) imaged with an Airy light-sheet illuminator for a naive and an infected mouse brain specimen, specifically the cingulate cortex (ROI1), the corpus callosum and external capsule (ROI2), and the hypothalamic area (ROI3). The area acquired with the Gaussian illuminator corresponds approximately to ROI1. The datasets publicly available but due to size are stored off-line and available on request using the 'Contact' email listed on this page.
