资源简介:
Lipovitellin (LV), constituting the majority of vitellogenin, is recognized as an energy ‘reservoir’ that is gradually utilized during embryonic development. Additionally, LV has been shown to exhibit antioxidant activity and to contribute to immune defense functions. To verify whether LV regulates the gene transcription of zebrafish, LV was injected into the abdominal cavity of adult male zebrafish. Aliquots of 20 μl LV (50 μg/μl) were injected into the abdominal cavity of adult male zebrafish (weight, 0.37-0.43 g). The zebrafish were then submersed in water containing 100 mg/l 3-aminobenzoate methanesulfonate (Beijing Mreda Technology, Inc.) for anesthesia. The zebrafish enterocoelia were subsequently opened to obtain the zebrafish liver. RNA-seq analysis was performed by Shanghai OE Biotech. Co., Ltd., according to a previously reported protocol. The results showed that 719 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), including 347 up-regulated genes and 372 down-regulated genes, in LVtreatedzebrafish liver tissue compared with liver tissuetreated with normal saline. DEGs were shown in Table 1. Lane 1 represents the Gene id of DEGs; lane 2 represents Foldchange of DEGs; lane 3 represents the p-value; lane 4 represents the doen-regulated or up-regulated; lane 5 represents the descrption of the DEGs.
