Data and analysis code for "Concurrent effects of large-herbivore range expansion, recent warming and landscape change on kudzu occurrence in Japan"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains derived data and analysis materials supporting the study “Concurrent effects of large-herbivore range expansion, recent warming and landscape change on kudzu occurrence in Japan.” The study evaluates associations between kudzu (Pueraria montana var. lobata) occurrence and historical sika deer (Cervus nippon) distribution, recent temperature change, topography, human population change, and agricultural land-use change using temporally aligned 5-km mesh-year data from Japan. The repository includes analysis-ready derived datasets, model outputs, supplementary tables and figures, and information required to reproduce the statistical analyses. Raw governmental datasets are not redistributed; they remain available from the Statistics Bureau of Japan/e-Stat, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of the Environment, and the Japan Meteorological Agency, as documented in the README and manuscript.
