Baseline 6

This is an enhanced version of baseline 2 submitted previously. The total yearly consumption per smartmeter is infered using ratios computed on the 270 smartmeters which have full historical data. A) Use the 270 smart meter with 12 month data : compute ratios that represent every month : jan / Jan->dec , feb/jan->dec, … B) Compute the total yearly consumption a. Example : Smart meter with data for November and December only§ Nov = 10% of the yearly consumption (based on step A)§ Dec. = 12% of the yearly consumption (based on step A)§ ==> Nov dec = 22% of the yearly consumptionb. Compute the yearly consumption (absolute value based on nov and dec)§ Nov = 200 kWh§ Dec = 470 kWh§ ==> (Nov + dec / (0.22) ) = (200+470)/0.22 = 3,045.4545 C) Compute the mean monthly consumption per smart meter : (total yearly consumption)/12a. Example : 3,045/12 = 253.75 This consumption is then repeated for every month per smartmeter.
