A unified spatial transcriptome profiling of ten mouse organs
收藏资源简介:
We present a unified spatial transcriptomic dataset generated using the Stereo-seq platform, covering 10 mouse tissues, including brain, kidney, lung, thymus, large intestine, skin, spleen, ovary, testis, and uterus, across 23 tissue sections on 21 chips with ssDNA and H&E staining. In this study, the tissue slices were labeled as follows: Large intestine: slice1 corresponds to 2ADIDE6D2, and slice2 corresponds to 2ADIDF5G2. Brain: slice1 corresponds to 1ACHAC0C1, slice2 corresponds to 1ACHAC0F1, and slice3 corresponds to 1ACHAC1B1. Kidney: slice1 corresponds to 2ACFDD2C2, and slice2 corresponds to 0ACEJH1G0. Skin: slice1 corresponds to 1AEAAE6D1, and slice2 corresponds to 1ADJCF2E1. Thymus: slice1 corresponds to 5PCAAAAJBBA2C5, slice2 corresponds to 5PCAAAAJBBA2D5, and slice3 corresponds to 5PCAAAAJBBA2F5. Spleen: slice1 corresponds to 2ADIDB6B2, and slice2 corresponds to 1AEGGA5FBE1. Lung: slice1 corresponds to 1AEAAB3G1. Uterus: slice1 corresponds to 2ADIDE0B2, and slice2 corresponds to 2ADIDF6D2. Testis: slice1 corresponds to 2ADIDB6C2, and slice2 corresponds to 2ADIDF5F2. Ovary: slice1 corresponds to 2ADIDE0C2, and slice2 corresponds to 2ADIDF6E2.
