To investigate the inhibitory function of Swimming in the tumor formation in CAC mice, we established AOM/DSS induced CAC mice in which mice were pretreated with swimming exercise. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Colorectal tissue of CAC mice, its Swimmimg pretreatment group, ctrl group and ctrl_ swim group. We then detected the enriched KEGG pathway analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of SH-SY5Y.
