MMTV-PyMT late carcinomas, orthotopically injected in syngeneic RANK+/+ mice were digested until single cells and cultured over Matrigel in the prescence or abscence of RANKL for 24 hours. Overall design: RNA was isolated from tumors derived from three different mmtv_PyMT tumor-bearing mice growing in vitro in the prescence (or absence) of RANKL for 24 hours. DNAse treated RNA from each sample was hybridized to the Agilent-028005 SurePrint G3 Mouse GE 8x60K Microarray (GPL13912).
