This project is aimed at studying taxonomical and functional properties of microbial consortia, able to utilize cellulose from various substrates, such as straw, leaves and sawdust. It includes 16S rRNA gene sequencing on Illumina Miseq platform and full metagenome sequencing on Oxford NanoPore platform.
