Such publicly disclosed information includes but is not limited to the company's basic profile, core accounting data and financial indicators, shareholding situations of shareholders, executive compensation packages, and so on. Information disclosure by listed companies serves as a critical basis for government supervision and investor decision-making. An effective combination of administrative supervision and market supervision creates a dual-track effect that facilitates the stable and orderly development of the securities market. CnOpenData has released the A-share listed companies' violation and penalty dataset, which covers fields including stock code, announcement date, violation type, penalty subject, relationship with the listed company, violation conduct, penalty handler, penalty amount, and other related fields.
