Rawdata and z-scores for evolved B. thuringiensis clones and populations

First spreadsheet shows the original data for killing rate, inhibition of MYBT18247 (247) and MYBT18679 (679) of the evolved Bacillus thuringiensis clones. Data are collected for ancestral, coevolved and adapted clones in technical replicates / experimental runs for the B. thuringiensis strains. For 5 evolved populations per strain and treatment, 5 clones were analyzed. Furthermore, z-scores of evolved clones relative to the data of the ancestral clones are shown. The second spreadsheet shows the raw-data and z-scores of killing rate for the evolved populations (before clone isolation).
