Each line contains the results of each branch or terminal taxa. The columns indicate, respectively, the number of expanding gene families, genes gained, contracting gene families, lost genes, gene family that did not presented changes, the average rate of expansion, the number of rapidly evolving families and, finally, the ID of rapidly evolving families. The values within parenthesis indicate the number of rapidly expansions/contractions, while the values within brackets indicated the number of genes gained (+) and lost (-). (XLSX)
