Lutibacter Genomic Comparison Results Dataset

We screened out new strains A64 and A80 in intertidal seawater, and obtained the 16S rRNA and corresponding complete genome data of the two new strains through first generation sequencing. We also found the genomes of Lutibatcer bacteria related to them on NCBI and annotated them with Rast and DBCAN to obtain the dataset. And by conducting transcriptome analysis on strains A64 and A80 using enzymatic hydrolysis of fucoidan as a single carbon source, corresponding gene upregulation datasets were obtained.
