In conclusion, our study found that novel organic rare earths enhanced the growth performance of golden pompano, altered the structure and function of the gut microbiota to alleviate microbiota imbalance, and enhanced gut and liver health. Thus, this study provides insights into the relationship between gut microbiota Functional Groups and host health, and helps to promote the utilization of novel organic rare earths in gut and liver diseases.
