Plasma EV RNA-sequencing data: mCRPC PRIME trial (NCT0698137) and healthy donors

This study contains total plasma extracellular vesicle RNA (EV-RNA) sequencing data collected within the prospective PRIME trial framework (NCT06981377). The dataset includes two metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) cohorts and a group of healthy volunteers. The PRIME Enza cohort consists of n=54 chemotherapy-naïve patients initiating Enzalutamide, with longitudinal plasma EV-RNA profiling at baseline (BL, n=54), 12 weeks post-treatment (12w, n=49), and disease progression (PR, n=16). The PRIME Abi-Enza cohort comprises n=21 mCRPC patients treated with Abiraterone (n=10) or Enzalutamide (n=11). A cohort of n=16 healthy volunteers (HDs) is included for comparative analyses.
